Sounding professional and keeping the conversation going is essential in English business situations but also in everyday life. This course is based on different situations where it is crucial to know what to say and how to say it in order to sound polite and professional: 
telephoning in English, 
how to make small talk, 
how to talk professionally and 
giving a good impression among colleagues or concerning customers.
On the basis of short Youtube videos you will learn vocabulary and phrases but also strategies to feel more confident when speaking English.
Der Kurs findet als Videokonferenz online statt. Sie benötigen nur einen Laptop oder ein Tablet mit eingebauter Kamera und Mikrofon. Sie müssen kein Programm herunterladen, sie bekommen von der Kursleiterin einen Link zur Videokonferenz per Mail zugeschickt.
